Cookie Policy

Does this website use cookies?
Yes. Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device. They let a site remember things between page loads or between visits, such as your language preference.
We keep this to a minimum. This website uses two categories of cookies:
- Necessary cookies, which are required for the site to function. These are set without consent, as permitted under Article 129 of the Belgian Electronic Communications Act and Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive.
- Analytics cookies, which help us understand how the site is used. These are only set after you have accepted them in our cookie banner. If you reject, or simply ignore the banner, no analytics cookie is ever written and no analytics script is loaded.
We do not use advertising or profiling cookies, and we do not sell or share your browsing data with advertising networks.
Necessary cookies
| Cookie | Set by | Purpose | Expires |
|---|---|---|---|
NEXT_LOCALE |
Maiky (first party) | Remembers which language version of the site you chose, so you are not sent back to English on your next visit. | 1 year |
maiky_consent |
Maiky (first party) | Records whether you accepted or rejected analytics cookies, so we do not ask again on every page. | 6 months |
Analytics cookies
These are only placed after you click "Accept analytics" in the cookie banner.
| Cookie | Set by | Purpose | Expires |
|---|---|---|---|
_ga |
Google Analytics 4 | Distinguishes one visitor from another so we can count unique visits. | 2 years |
_ga_<container-id> |
Google Analytics 4 | Maintains session state for Google Analytics. | 2 years |
_hjSessionUser_<site-id> |
Hotjar | Recognises a returning visitor across sessions, to avoid counting them twice. | 1 year |
_hjSession_<site-id> |
Hotjar | Holds the current session's data. | 30 minutes |
Google Analytics is configured with IP anonymisation, and advertising, remarketing and personalisation signals are switched off. Google Ireland Limited acts as our processor for this data; any transfer outside the EEA is covered by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. Hotjar B.V. is established in the Netherlands and processes data within the EU.
Third-party content
Our Book a demo page embeds a scheduling widget from Calendly. When you open that page and interact with the widget, Calendly may set its own cookies in order to run the booking flow you asked for. We do not receive or read those cookies; Calendly's own cookie notice explains what it stores.
No other page embeds third-party content that sets cookies.
Giving, changing or withdrawing consent
When you first visit the site, a banner asks whether you accept analytics cookies. Accepting and rejecting are equally easy — one click each, with no pre-ticked boxes.
You can change your choice at any time using the Manage cookies link in the footer of every page. Selecting it re-opens the banner so you can make a new choice. Withdrawing consent stops any further analytics collection immediately; cookies already stored can be removed via your browser as described below.
Your choice is remembered for 6 months, after which we will ask again.
Managing cookies in your browser
All major browsers let you view, block and delete cookies yourself. Blocking necessary cookies may stop parts of the site working correctly.
